VOC range of “IaQ” adhesives
FABGRIP “IaQ” TECHNOLOGY
Holdfast has developed a range of flooring adhesives that complies with the Green Building Council of Australia Green Star rating scheme. This rating scheme is for office design and in particular, Indoor Air Quality (IaQ). The Fabgrip “IaQ” TECH range of adhesives comply with the South Coast Air Quality Management Division (SCAQMD) Rule 1168. The “IaQ” range also complies with the Green Building Council of Australia Green Star Office Design V2 IEQ-13 and Green Star Office Interiors V1.1 IEQ-11. The “IaQ” TECH range of products meet all indoor pollutant requirements and are certified as indoor air quality safe and VOC compliant.

New look lab
Welcome to Holdfast’s new laboratory facility. Our new look lab is equipped with the latest mixing, analytical and testing equipment for adhesive and sealant manufacturing. Saul Hildebrand (Managing Director) of Holdfast Adhesives says; “ I am very satisfied with the new facility, our new laboratory equipment allows us to be at the forefront of cutting edge adhesive development.”
Commencement of the first mobile trade shop
Flooring trade supplies, the distribution division of Holdfast Adhesives, launches its Mobile Trade Service!
FTS Express was inspired by a vision to better service the requirements of the flooring installer, retailer and commercial contractor, in and around the Sydney basin. This level of service was inspired by the creator of this vision, Mr Henry Giann. Flooring Trade Supplies is situated in the Sydney suburb of Botany. According to Henry “whilst our location is convenient for the installer base, retailers and contractors within our area, the reality is, it’s not convenient for everyone!”
